SALON POLICY


For new clients or any services over $100, we do require a 30% deposit. You will get 100% money back if canceled before 72 hours and 50% money back within 48 hours notice. In order to get your appointment accepted, please ensure that your deposit must be made within 24-48 hours after booking. The full amount of your deposit will go towards the service and the remaining balance will be due on the appointment day.

(With card payment, there will be an additional 5% processing fee on top of the service prices)

 


Appointment Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $60. We charge $30 fee for CANCELLATION within 24 hours' notice— $60 fee for NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION on the same day of the appointment.
