SALON POLICY
For new clients or any services over $100, we do require a 30% deposit. You will get 100% money back if canceled before 72 hours and 50% money back within 48 hours notice. In order to get your appointment accepted, please ensure that your deposit must be made within 24-48 hours after booking. The full amount of your deposit will go towards the service and the remaining balance will be due on the appointment day.

Appointment Cancellation Policy
We value your time and aim to provide the best service possible! We kindly request our clients to reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of the appointment.

$60 fee will be applied for NO SHOW/ RESCHEDULE & CANCELLATION within 24 hours of the appointment.
